Orders and Shipping
Orders of 1 or 2 packs of batteries are shipped by first class letter mail. Letters are usually delivered in 4 to 5 days but can take longer sometimes. Orders of 3 packs or more are shipped by first class package with tracking and normally take 3 to 5 days.
You can create an account during checkout, but it is not necessary to create an account to order.
Contact us by email to change an address of an order you already placed.
For orders of 2 packs or less, first class letter mail does not have tracking. 3 packs or more you will be sent a tracking number once the order is processed.
We do not store any credit card information. Payments are handled off our website and securely processed at PayPal.
We charge tax in the state of Georgia.
Due to regulations on hazardous materials, we only ship to the USA.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
If you would like to return an item, you may do so up to 30 days after receiving the item. The product must be in new condition.
